"There are not enough words to express how deeply satisfied I was with not only Jess’s facility but also her overall love for animals as a whole. I knew from just talking to her on the phone her spot was perfect for my babies first boarding. She referred to her boarders as her babies that told me it wasn’t just a job for her. She was professional and patient with me in so many ways with this being my first experience and a last-minute booking. I tried other places none were close to what she offers. Don’t let her new business stop you from trusting her with your precious babies. My two didn’t want to leave her or her husband. She recognized my now 9-year-old pup’s birthday since I was out of the country. I received photos and texts even if I didn’t ask. If I did text or call, she patiently assisted me. I extended two extra weeks causing my dogs to get low on food, Jess politely bought more and just added it to my tab. They were bathed weekly and groomed the day before I returned. She has close relationships with veterinarians in the surrounding areas and will not only obtain the meds but also administer them without hesitation. Jess contacted me about a concern which reminded me I needed to contact the vet about my dogs needing some immediate visits when I returned. Like I said there are not enough words to express how well they took care of my babies which allowed me to enjoy my trip out of the country for a month. I highly recommend and will utilize her services every time I vacation. Affordable, clean sanitized facility, and customer service is awesome even when she’s booked to capacity."

"I had the pleasure of boarding my puppy for a week at this daycare. let’s just say that Ms. Jess and her staff took great care of my puppy. She will provide you with daily updates and any other important information. In addition, inside/outside the daycare is always clean, she ensures the dogs stays clean and healthy, and she also monitors every dog's behavior and how they respond to other dogs to ensure their safety. "This is the best place I have ever taken my dog to. The owner is very nice and her love for animals shows. I used to feel bad leaving my dog at other places where you would walk in and see dogs locked up. It isn't like that in this place.
